Tanker ships designed to carry liquid cargo in bulk within its cargo spaces, without the use of barrels or other containers.
Tankers can range in size of capacity from several hundred tons, which includes vessels for servicing small harbors and coastal settlements, to several hundred thousand tons, for long-range haulage. Besides ocean- or seagoing tankers there are also specialized inland-waterway tankers that operate on rivers and canals with average cargo capacity up to some thousand tons.
Life on a tanker ship is completely different from either bulk carrier or container ship or any other non-tanker ships. here is an amazing documentary that explains each and every department and what happens on a tanker ship in day to day life.

Thank you for a great video. I’ve always loved the sea and ships but never had the opportunity to work or live aboard one except for cruise ship cruises. It was my unfulfilled dream.
